Physical exercises which include jogging , running , push up , sit ups and stretching. We do it normally as per individual capability but consistency is there , we don’t miss a single day . Having sprouts and overnight shocked dry fruits after PT. Early bath and breakfast on time. Fully busy day , army keeps us fully busy. We don’t have much time to think about the life problems . It means by being self busy we don’t overthink and waste our time on unnecessary things.
