What are some military habits we can apply to everyday life?

I think I am a right person to answer this !!

if you follow this , I am sure you will feel drastic change in your life specially in your health.

let’s start

1. Waking up early in the morning and drinking glasses water.
2. Wishing the seniors , Ram Ram or Jai hind . It create positive atmosphere.
3. Timely freshen up and daily grooming.
4. Cleaning the barracks and watering the plants and flower in pots.
5. Physical exercises which include jogging , running , push up , sit ups and stretching. We do it normally as per individual capability but consistency is there , we don’t miss a single day .
6. Having sprouts and overnight shocked dry fruits after PT.
7. Early bath and breakfast on time.
8. Fully busy day , army keeps us fully busy. We don’t have much time to think about the life problems . It means by being self busy we don’t overthink and waste our time on unnecessary things.
9. We keep novels or some study material with us , when we are free we read them.
10. lunch on time , how much busy we are doesn’t matter. We do lunch on time and Complete the remaining task after that.
11. Compulsory fruits in lunch .
12. 1:30 hr nap in afternoon that re-energies us for the evening tasks.
13. Games for sure , we play games everyday either it’s basketball, football etc.
14. We work in a group and complete any task. It make good cooperation and faith in each other.
15. We use Mosquito Net everyday, it’s compulsory. That’s why army people hardly suffer with malaria . ( Individual Suffering from malaria is also subject to held with punishment)
16. Wearing full sleeves shirt in the evening, that’s what we call here , Sun down - Sleeves down.
17. we do dinner early (between 7.30–9), as its not good to sleep immediately after the dinner.
18. Brushing and gargling parade for the teeth( it started after the covid )
19. Before sleeping we put dry fruits for the shocking for the next day.

Alarm is our best friend, we never get late because we set alarm everyday.

21. Buddy pair system , your buddy is aware about the each of your problem . Due to which one feels always satisfied that he has someone to open up and share everything .
