Pएक्टर सिद्धार्थ शुक्ला की अचानक हार्ट अटैक से मौत होने के बाद हर कोई स्तब्ध है। सबके दिमाग में यही चल रहा है की सिद्धार्थ शुक्ला बहुत ही फिट था और अपनी सेहत का बहुत ही अच्छी तरह से ध्यान रखता था फिर भी उसे इतनी कम उम्र में हार्ट अटैक कैसे आ गया। पिछले कुछ सालों से हम देख रहे हैं की युवाओं में हार्ट अटैक होने के केसेज बहुत बढ़ रहे हैं। हृदय से जुड़ी बीमारियां बहुत ही कम उम्र में लोगों को पकड़ रही हैं। आंकड़ों के अनुसार हर तीन सेकंड में हार्ट अटैक से एक इन्सान की मृत्यु हो जाती है, और सबसे हैरान कर देने वाली बात ये है की इनमें से 25% लोग 40 साल से कम उम्र के हैं। लेकिन इसका कारण क्या हो सकता है, तो आईए जानते हैं की इतनी कम उम्र में हार्ट अटैक होने का कारण क्या है। क्या होता है हार्ट अटैक हमारे हृदय का मुख्य काम होता है पूरे शरीर को रक्त की आपूर्ति करना। जब किसी कारणवश ह्रदय में रक्त की आपूर्ति में बाधा आती है तो दिल का दौरा पड़ जाता है। हार्ट अटैक को मेडिकल भाषा में मयोकार्डियल इनफ्राकशन भी कहते है। इसका मुख्य कारण ह्रदय के रक्त को ले जाने वाली धमनियों में रुकावट होता है। जि
