You cannot enjoy wealth if you don't take care of your health. To work out 20 minutes a day is much better than not working out at all.
Once you start enjoying the process and it becomes a habit you will automatically spend more than 20 minutes.
I workout for about 60 minutes everyday and now it has become a habit to workout at least 5 days a week. If I miss going to gym 2 days in a row then I feel something is missing in life as if its incomplete.
I don't force myself to go to the gym but its a habit - an act that works by default.
20 minutes of workout in anyform will make a difference provided you do it at least 5 days a week and you treat this as sacrosanct.
