Nangli Poona is small village outside the crowd of busy Delhi and Some exams like RRB conducts its test in Ion Digital zone, idz1/2 near nangli.
So I am telling common path which will be helpful to you reach this place.
Note: Please never go there to check your exam centre before exam day, means come to this place only on exam day because it's a industrial site and also board of Ion Digital will not be there (that's ugly truth I have seen- board was hung only on exam day at this Centre)
1. First Reach to Jahangirpuri Metro Station (For Metro people) / Azadpur DTC depot (For Bus People).
2. From there you have to take bus only.
Any route going to Narela will go to Nangli as well but for your convenience some bus routes are:

131
125
But you should ask the conductor too for more clarity.
4.From this bus stand, go to your right, there will be a bridge.
5.Now cross the road under this bridge.
6. Now move to your right, 2nd cut is idz1 and 3rd cut is idz2.
7. If you go on exam day then candidates will be there for you for reaching you out on right exam centre.

Anyway I am planning at reaching Jahangirpuri by metro. Where do I tell the auto guy to take me and also how much would it cost? Because I have seen that these people spike up their prices a little too much when they get a hint that the other person isn't a local. Also I read that the place is in industrial area. Did you find the place unsafe or something? Just a little concerned. Thanks!

I don't know the auto price because i went there by bus (10 Rupees- Bus No. 120).

DeleteYou can exit from azadpur metro station and pick bus number 120, 125, 131 from azadpur bus stand. These all buses go there, rest follow the path given in the post.

For reaching at 8 AM, you have to reach azadpur Metro Station by 7:15 AM after that it will take minimum half an hour to reach the centre by bus/auto/gramin sewa/metro bus/truck/car/scooter/scooty.

1). A bus from Saharanpur to Delhi Kashmiri Gate.
2). From Kashmiri Gate to Azadpur Bus stand by Bus No. 120 (Rs.10)
Now, where should I go from Azadpur bus stand or will the same bus take us to Village Nangli Poona and exam center?
Or do I have to take another bus from here to reach exactly at the exam center before 8 AM?
Yes 120 no. bus will go to buddhpur bus stand from Azadpur.
