How to make Paneer Paratha ?

Paneer paratha is a popular Indian dish made with a combination of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and paratha (Indian flatbread). Here's a simple recipe to make paneer paratha:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (coriander), finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead it into a soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

2. In another bowl, mix the grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, cilantro, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well to form a filling mixture.

3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, approximately the size of a lemon. Take one dough ball and flatten it slightly with your hands. Dust it with flour and roll it out into a small circle.

4. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of the rolled-out dough circle. Bring the edges of the dough together and seal it properly, enclosing the filling.

5. Dust the stuffed dough ball with flour and roll it out gently to make a paratha. Be careful not to press too hard, as it may cause the filling to come out.

6. Heat a tawa or a flat skillet over medium heat. Once the tawa is hot, place the rolled-out paratha on it. Cook for about a minute, or until you see small bubbles forming on the surface.

7. Flip the paratha and spread a little ghee or oil on the cooked side. Cook for another minute, pressing gently with a spatula, until both sides are golden brown and cooked evenly.

8. Remove the paratha from the tawa and place it on a plate. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls and filling.

9. Serve the paneer parathas hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.

Enjoy your homemade paneer parathas!

What should I do to improve my personality?

Your conduct must be calm. Too much frenzy, excitement or aggression makes you a people repellent. Be light, be calm, smile and take tough decisions. Never push yourself on people, don't do over to impress them; this acts against you. If someone doesn't wish to be impressed, this won't work at all. Be nice, be humble, be what you are and let people decide. Some would like you; some won't. Don't expect everyone to love you. One who doesn't care much about other people’s judgement about them stays free of the pressure of standing up to people's expectations. They walk on the chosen path with pride and respect themselves irrespective of achievements or failures. No high ego, no inferiority complex. Such people have a strong personality. Value your words; it's not that you have been given the power to speak so you can say countless meaningless words each day. Respect what you say, and consider it a verbal contract or commitment. What ended the hippie era?

The short answer is that the hippies won. It's hard for people to remember just how constrained and conformist 1950s America was. All white collar men had to wear a suit and tie to work. Women's clothing was demure and they were expected to be "ladylike." It was both legal and the norm to exclude blacks and Jews from living in "white" neighborhoods. Segregation was the law of the land in many states. The Ray Conniff Singers The hippies demanded an end to that. They brought about a new freedom in dress, hairstyles, music, and social and political thought. They got a reputation for being scruffy and long-haired, but that was only in comparison to what had gone before. In fact, they look a lot like people the same age now: Kids near Woodstock, 1969 The hippie era achieved many of its aims, and young people began to have other concerns that needed to be met in a different way. Definition of Intelligent Person

How to spot intelligent people: They ask you questions. When you answer, they ask you more. When you start using big words, they ask for clarification. When they can’t understand anything you’re saying, they ask you to explain it to them as if they were a five-year-old. When you say something intriguing, they write it down in their notebook or phone. These people are not naturally more intelligent. They’re better learners which makes them more intelligent. They’re genuinely curious and ask questions from a humble standpoint. I’ve met billionaires who’ve said, “explain it to me as if I were a five-year-old.” This simple phrase has changed my life when it comes to learning. It comes back to the famous Confucius quote: “The man who asks a question is a fool for a minute, the man who does not ask is a fool for life.” As soon as you stop asking questions, you stop learning. As soon as you stop writing down ideas, you forget them. The hardest part of becoming intelligent is not lying yo

How do you know if someone is mature or not?

Maturity is not when we start speaking big things. It is when we start understanding small things. Here are some traits of a mature person. You focus on the positive in life, by choice. You’re okay with being alone. You don’t seek what you want, you create it. Your career matters to you. Your happiness does not depend on others but your inner self. Materialistic things make you smile, but they do not define what happiness means. You keep a mind open to everything and attached to nothing. You sometimes prefer to be silent than to be a part of a nonsensical fight. You are cool-minded, not short-tempered. You don’t do things just to please others. Source: Mukul Chauhan
