Here is a list of exercises that I try to do everyday:
- Plank
- Lunges
- Squats
- Bulgarian Split Squats
- Push ups
- Skipping
- Single leg Calf raise
With the help of resistance bands
- Bicep curls
- Side Lateral for shoulders (you can do front raises as well)
- Resistance Training for legs
