What are some basic exercises to stay fit?

Here is a list of exercises that I try to do everyday:

  1. Plank

  1. Lunges

  1. Squats

  1. Bulgarian Split Squats

  1. Push ups

  1. Skipping

  1. Single leg Calf raise

With the help of resistance bands

  1. Bicep curls

  1. Side Lateral for shoulders (you can do front raises as well)

  1. Resistance Training for legs
