What are 5 habits that can improve my life
- Moderate exercise everyday will significantly improve your quality of life.
- Go to bed at a reasonable time, it will help you wake up on time and feel better on a daily basis.
- Eat healthy, with lots of fruits and vegetables. I've actually found that this becomes very easy once you force yourself to do it for a couple of days. It's very much a habit that you can simply pick up.
- Managing expectations. Disappointment is the root of most of our misery.
- Intermittent fasting. If you practice intermittent fasting, it’s really easy to go on with your life and not gain weight, especially if you’re 25+, which I guess is the main Quora demographic.
