Today I will tell you about a important part of Google Adsense program - Personal Identification Number (PIN). As part of Google's effort to protect the accounts of AdSense publishers, they will mail a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to the payment address entered in publisher's account. This PIN must be entered before any payments can be issued to the Payee.

This PIN is one-time verification of your address to check whether your address is valid or not. This PIN will be sent to you when your payment reaches at threshold - $10. Your PIN will be sent by post 3-5 days after the date when it was issued by Google Adsense publisher on Adsense website ( adsense.com) and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the postal service.
Google will issue this PIN 3 times for you for address verification. Because sometimes a publisher couldn't get his/her PIN first time , so for that scenario 2nd PIN is generated for publisher's address.And if again he couldn't get his/her PIN within some time ( 4 Weeks) then he/she can request for 3rd PIN and it goes like that till 3rd PIN request.
What after if PIN is not received after 3rd PIN request ?
If you don't receive your 3rd PIN within 4 weeks of issue date, then your ad serving may be disabled till your address verification. For that, you have to fill a form and attach a digital image of a government issued ID card, bank statement or telephone bill displaying your payee name and postal address as it appears in your account. This form will automatically come to your Adsense account when it will be required.

Once Google Adsense team receive your email, they'll respond within 2-3 days regarding your PIN verification status.
Suggested document to submit : You can simply scan (click pic too if camera is good) both side of Government id card and make it in one of the format ( .jpg, .png, .docx, .pdf) and submit it for the verifcation for Google Adsense team. They will surely accept your application.
