Source: Sumit Gautam

GA Study Notes On Cement Manufacturing

Manufacturing of Cement Cement is essential for construction activity such as building houses, factories, bridges, roads, airports, dams and for other commercial establishments. The first cement plant was set up in Chennai in 1904.It was discovered by an English Mason, Joseph Aspdin in 1824. He called it Portland cement because he thought that it resembled the limestone found in Portland. Approximate Composition of Portland cement Calcium oxide (CaO) 60-70% Silica (SiO 2 ) 20-25% Alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) 5-10% Ferric oxide (Fe 2 O 3  )         2-3% Raw materials are: Limestone -  (provides lime), Clay -  (provides alumina and silica), Gypsum - (reduces the setting time of cement). For a good quality cement, the ratio of silica (SiO) to alumina Al 2 O 3 ) should be between 2.5 and 4 and the ratio of lime (CaO) to the total of the oxides of silicon (SiO 2 ) aluminium (Al 2 O 3 ) and iron (Fe 2 O 3 ) should be as close as possible to 2. The raw materials for the manufacture of cement

Why some indians don't want to grow up ?

Hello Friends, Recently a news has come from West Bengal, India that a 20 years old girl was gang raped by Panchayat orders. The girl got this punishment because she loved a boy of different community. And you will be shocked to hear that some of senior members of girl's community ordered 12-13 men to rape that girl whole night, that is totally disgusting work by these half minded old people.Parents of that girl filed FIR against those men and lover of that girl, according to police. But my focus is on this that-"Why all this shit can happen in 21st century or how it can be possible ?" Recently i have read many orders by these khaap panchayats in newspaper where they ordered rape victim girl to marry accused etc. But i just want to ask those people :  1. If you can't do anything for girl's protection, then who give you the right to hand over the protection of a victim girl to same man who has already sexually abused her. 2.If a man

Why mens have mentality of gangrape

Hello friends, This post is quite sensitive issue as per context of todays scenario. This is not a matter of pride for the men community as they are indulging in rape cases specially in gangrape cases.Daily, almost 10 to 15 news are always coming of rape or gang rape cases.I am also a man and have a proper feelings for girls and women but i am not going/running to rape them,so why some of these creepy minds are not understanding this matter. A word "MARD" (Hindi word means man) means can be "Men against rape & discrimination" but this "men" word remains restricted to "man". A recent survey also tells that rape cases increased by 853% from 80-90s, which is quite shameful for today's generation.Recent gangrape cases of Delhi and Mumbai tell that the accuses were not well qualified but the victims were highly qualified. This type of inequality creates bad thinking in these illiterate people.Today inflation rate is very high,so gener

What are the top rules of your life?

I never ever, ever talk about my love life amongst my friends, parents or in public. For example - I was in a relationship with a girl for the past 3 months. No one in my family or my closest friend got to know about that. It’s still and will be a secret for them. I’ve stopped giving free advice to any person around me. Before a certain time, i was the kind of a person who usually gave free advice to anyone but now i’ve vehemently discontinued it and believe me guys, it keeps you way too much calm. I am a Gym freak but i never ever go to the gym without the proper outfit and my sipper bottle. Gym and exercise requires discipline and determination. Every little thing counts when you’re on the journey to improve yourself than yesterday. I am a big CINEPHILE. I watch movies and TV shows every weekend and sometimes in weekdays. It’s just a way to keep myself focused and calm, to keep my mind on a right track. I always greet everyone who is an acquaintance of mine whether he/sh
