If you are from Delhi, then you should reach Anand Vihar Metro station/Railway Station/Bus Stand.  2. I think I am a right person to answer this !! if you follow this , I am sure you will feel drastic change in your life specially in your health. let’s start Waking up early in the morning and drinking glasses water. Wishing the seniors , Ram Ram or Jai hind . It create positive atmosphere. Timely freshen up and daily grooming. Cleaning the barracks and watering the plants and flower in pots. Physical exercises which include jogging , running , push up , sit ups and stretching. We do it normally as per individual capability but consistency is there , we don’t miss a single day . Having sprouts and overnight shocked dry fruits after PT. Early bath and breakfast on time. Fully busy day , army keeps us fully busy. We don’t have much time to think about the life problems . It means by being self busy we don’t overthink and waste our time on unnecessary things. We keep novels or some study material with us , when we are free we read them. lunch on time , how much busy we are doesn’t matter.
