Admission Procedure in Delhi Technological University,Delhi

I am student of Delhi technological university.

Here i m providing the procedure of admission of DTU.

You have to just follow these procedure:

Steps:

1.When you get your score card of joint entrance exam (previously called AIEEE score card),then preserve it till the time of getting admission.

2.You have to visit the official website DTU ADMISSION

3.You have to register on the website with your full details. 

4.On the given website you have to download bank challan form and get varified with seal of state bank of india bank branch (money will be mentioned in the form).

5.You should note down all the counselling schedule on the copy which is shown on the website.

6.If you are get admitted in the college , you will get sms on your mobile no. which you have mentioned in registration of the website.(step-3)

7.according to latest news dtu admission 2012, you have submit following documents on the day of counselling:

FOR INDIAN STUDENTS THROUGH AIEEE-2012

1. Bank Demand Draft for fees of Rs. 65000 (Sixty Five Thousands rupees) in favour of

Registrar, Delhi technological University, Delhi, payable at Delhi. (Date of issue of

Demand Draft should be within one week from date of admission.)

2. Online created Registration form duly attested by Principal of school/institution last

attended /Gazetted Officer.

3. Printout of locked choices signed by the candidate.

4. Three passport size photograph (same as pasted on application form).

5. Original of the Admit Card & Score Card of AIEEE-2012 (except for the nominees of

Govt. of India)

6. The original and attested copy of marks sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. Class XII

or equivalent.

7. The original and attested copies of Date of Birth certificate as indicated in High School or

equivalent examination i.e. Class X..

8. The original certificate and attested copy for the reserved category, if other than the

General Category.

9. Medical fitness certificate in case of OPEN / General / SC / ST / CW/ OBC /SG (Format

available on this website.).

10. Medical certificate of physically disability, in original, issued by the duly notified

Medical Board of a District/Government Hospital set up for examining the physically

challenged candidates under the provisions of Persons with Disability (equal

opportunities, protection of rights and full participation) Act 1995. The Certificate should

indicate the extent (i.e. percentage) of the disability and it should bear the photograph of

the candidate concerned and it should be countersigned by one of the Doctors

constituting the Board issuing the certificate. The decision of the Delhi Technological

University regarding the eligibility/admission of any applicant shall be final.

FOR NRI/FN/PIO candidates:

1. Bank Draft for fees of USD 7000 (Seven thousand US Dollars) [US$ 5000 for FN from

SAARC countries and candidates from Nepal and Bhutan] in favour of Registrar, Delhi

technological University, Delhi, payable at NewYork/Delhi. Date of issue of Demand

Draft should be within one week from date of admission.

2. Copy of the Demand Draft of Rs. 1000 deposited at DTU on 27-06-2012.

3. Online created Registration form duly attested by Principal of school/institution last

attended /Gazetted Officer.

4. Printout of locked choices signed by the candidate.

5. Three passport size photograph (same as pasted on application form).

6. Copy of Passport.

7. Copy of SAT-II, Score Card for Maths level -II & Physics.

8. Class X (Date of Birth Certificate).

9. Class XII / Equivalent Exam Marks Sheet.

10. Proof of residence as per the guidelines for NRI candidates.

11. Transcription / Grade Sheet of the qualifying examination should be attested by School /

Institution

12. Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper for Persons of Indian Origin of his/her parents/grand

parents as per section 2(B) of Citizenship Act 1955

13. Certificate from Indian Council for Cultural Relation or Govt. of India for FN/PIO Category

14. Medical fitness certificate (Format available on this website.).

Disputes, if any, arising out of or relating to any matter whatsoever, concerning the aforesaid

B.Tech. Admission shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Technological

University.
