Why Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the best captain of Indian Cricket Team

Friends, in today's date(07-03-2013) Mahendra singh dhoni is the best captain of Indian cricket team.But you wonder how this happened with him means how he manages to become a successful captain of indian cricket team from small town of Ranchi.
This whole thing happens with him due to his hard working,patience & ability to stay calm at adverse condition.He came to Indian team in 2005 against Sri Lanka ,playing a superb not out knock of 183.That was his first chance and he grabbed that chance with both hands.In that period of team selection of team was totally based on the name of the players means team was selected after the selection of Sachin tendulkar,sourav ganguly,rahul dravid ,vvs laxman,virender sehwag,anil kumble,harbhajan singh,zaheer khaan etc.
The new players come in the team by getting only 1 or 2 chances and if they didn't perform they were permanently out for long time for example:Dinesh mongia.laxmipati balaji,ashish nehra etc.
But DHONI managed his slot as a wicket keeper batsman for team india because in that period of time indian team was searching for wicket keeper batsman.
I wonder that if dhoni were not a wicket keeper ,then how he might survive in indian team?

After period of two years DHONI got a grand opportunity of captaining indian T-20 team for the world cup 2007 without mega stars like sachin,rahul and sourav.It could be handy for dhoni's career if he failed in that tournament.
But Dhoni took it as challenge and won the first T-20 world cup for indian cricket team.
After that dhoni never turned back and up to 2013 he is captaining indian team in all three formats(one day,t-20,test) .
Indian team also won the One day world cup 2011 under his captainship.
And winning Hyderabad test(05-03-2013) ,he has become the first indian captain  to win the most tests(22) in all time test history.
The main characteristics which makes dhoni best is :
1.Wonderful batting when time comes to pull him out of team.example:Double century against Australia in chennai test match.
2.Wonderful batting when needed.example:91* knock against sri lanka in 2011 world cup final.
3.No extra reaction after winning/losing any match.
4.Stay calm in adverse condition example:continuous 8 test defeat against england and australia in year 2012.

Now he also added one more title to his success bucket after winning the last tournament of ICC Champions Trophy in ENGLAND & WALES where indian team dominately all their matches through out the tournament.

Hello Friends, Today I will tell you about the path of exam centre - " ION DIGITAL ZONE IDZ 2 MATHURA ROAD A 27 MOHAN CO­OP INDU. ESTATE NEAR SARITA VIHAR, DELHI 110044". First of all it is easy to reach there as metro station is near the exam centre.  Nearest metro station to exam centre is Mohan Estate . The common path is from Mandi House to Mohan Estate. It will take around 36 minutes to reach there from Mandi House. After reaching Mohan Estate , move to your left hand side and take a walking distance of around 5-7 minutes. छत को गर्म होने से बचाने के लिए उस पर चूने से पुताई कर दें। एक हजार स्क्वेयर फीट छत के लिए पांच किलो चूना(डले वाला) रात में गला दें। ध्यान रखें पानी डालते ही इस चूने से खूब गर्मी निकलती है कि पानी उबलने लगता है इसलिए सावधानी रखें। इसे रात भर गला रहने दें। सुबह जल्दी उठकर छत को अच्छे से साफ करें और चूने के घोल को छत पर डालकर झाड़ू से फैलाते जाएं। आप चाहें तो इस घोल में आधा किलो फेविकोल भी मिला सकते हैं। फेविकोल को अच्छे से घोलें और हर बार घोल को हिलाते हुए मग में लें। छत जितनी साफ होगी चूना जितना सफेदी लिये रहेगा छत उतनी ही ठंडी रहेगी। चूने की सफेदी छत पर पड़ने वाली सूर्य किरणों को परावर्तित कर देती हैं और छत ठंडी रहती है। आजमाया हुआ तरीका है पिछले बीस साल से कर रही हूँ Writer: Kavita Sharma
