डिएगो माराडोना कौन थे?

एक अद्भुत, बदनाम, असाधारण और गुस्सैल फुटबॉल के स्टार खिलाड़ी थे- डिएगो माराडोना। माराडोना के बारे में कुछ तथ्य इस प्रकार हैं-

1- माराडोना का जन्म अर्जेंटीना की राजधानी ब्यूनस आयर्स के एक कस्बे में हुआ था।

2- माराडोना विलक्षण प्रतिभा के धनी थे और मात्र 16 वर्ष की आयु में अंतरराष्ट्रीय फुटबॉल जगत में आ गये थे।

3- इनका कद मात्र 5 फीट 5 इंच ही था लेकिन हौसले बुलंद थे।

4- 1986 में अर्जेंटीना को विवादित गोल करके इन्होंने विश्व कप जिताया था। इस विवादित गोल के ठीक 4 मिनट बाद इन्होंने " सदी का गोल" दागा था।

5- इटली में माराडोना अपनी बेतहाशा शोहरत से परेशान रहने लगे थे वे कहते कि मैं सांस नहीं ले पा रहा, मैं आम इंसान की तरह ही हूं।

6- स्पेन के फुटबाल क्लब बार्सिलोना और नेपोली के लिए इन्होंने फुटबॉल खेलकर अकूत दौलत कमाई।

7- इटली में इन्हें कोकीन की लत लग गई और 1991 में ये डोप टेस्ट में पाज़िटिव निकल गये जिससे इनपर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया।

8- 37 साल की उम्र में इन्होंने फुटबॉल से संन्यास ले लिया । रिटायरमेंट के बाद विवादों ने इनका पीछा नहीं छोड़ा।।

9- कोकीन और शराब की लत की वजह से इनकी जीवनशैली बिगड़ गई। इनका वजन बढ़कर 128 किलो हो गया।

छत को गर्म होने से बचाने का सबसे आसान तरीका क्या है?

छत को गर्म होने से बचाने के लिए उस पर चूने से पुताई कर दें। एक हजार स्क्वेयर फीट छत के लिए पांच किलो चूना(डले वाला) रात में गला दें। ध्यान रखें पानी डालते ही इस चूने से खूब गर्मी निकलती है कि पानी उबलने लगता है इसलिए सावधानी रखें। इसे रात भर गला रहने दें। सुबह जल्दी उठकर छत को अच्छे से साफ करें और चूने के घोल को छत पर डालकर झाड़ू से फैलाते जाएं। आप चाहें तो इस घोल में आधा किलो फेविकोल भी मिला सकते हैं। फेविकोल को अच्छे से घोलें और हर बार घोल को हिलाते हुए मग में लें। छत जितनी साफ होगी चूना जितना सफेदी लिये रहेगा छत उतनी ही ठंडी रहेगी। चूने की सफेदी छत पर पड़ने वाली सूर्य किरणों को परावर्तित कर देती हैं और छत ठंडी रहती है। आजमाया हुआ तरीका है पिछले बीस साल से कर रही हूँ Writer: Kavita Sharma
