Friends,
Today I am posting one of the important topic in our lives i.e., our first day of job.Whenever we join a new place whether it was your school,university,tuition batch or now your office,we always feel a nervousness in our mind.
These are some questions which always arise in our mind before going:
1.How will be the people of my office means their nature ?
2.Will i able to competitive with them ?
3.How will be the boss ?
4.Will i be able to reach at time ?
These are the certain questions which always arise in our mind.On the very first day ,generally people really want to come home as early as possible.Their 9-10 hours job look like a 9-10 years jail and thats natural.
SO, here are the tips by which you can spend your first day of job with ease:
1.Do not think about your negative mindset,always come in the office with positive thinking.
2.Just spend your time in the office and try to keep no controversy with others within 6 months at least.
3.Try to contact your boss 1 or 2 weeks before joining and ask him/her about their expectation from you.
4.Try to get info about other colleagues via your boss and do some telephonic conversation before joining.
5.Try to do your work within time and you can also consult others to help you without feeling any shyness or nervousness.
